Paris Bercy to Paris Austerlitz

We have 40 minutes from arriving at Paris Bercy and catching the next train from Paris Austerlitz.

Will that be enough to get from Bercy to Austerlitz?

is it easy to find the way?

We won%26#39;t have much luggage just a back pack.

Thanks

Go to www.ratp.fr

click on %26quot;plan des lignes%26quot;

click on %26#39;bus%26#39;

insert %26quot;24%26quot; in the %26quot;Afficher le plan de la ligne%26quot; search box

print the schedule - you get on at Gare Bercy and get off at Gare Austerlitz. Make sure you are going the right way.

I don%26#39;t know if you can buy tickets from the driver, or if you have to visit the Bercy metro station first.

The RATP itinerary says the bus trip takes 7 minutes.

Just to confirm you can buy tickets from the bus driver. Its 1.40 euros pp.

40 minutes can get eaten up quickly when you%26#39;re waiting for a bus. The schedule says 7 minutes but you can%26#39;t bank on that. Sometimes the buses can be 15 or 20 minutes apart because of traffic or whatever. If there%26#39;s a cab at the curb when you get off the train, I%26#39;d take it. It%26#39;s only 5 Euros and you%26#39;ll have time to spare with no stress.

Too bad you%26#39;ll only see 40 minutes of Paris!
