This probably won%26#39;t resolve your question definitively but given the relative timing of the Paris portions of your itinerary, you will probably have to do your own evaluation of the relative %26#39;..value..%26#39; of the CARTE MUSEE et MONUMENTS pass (1, 3 %26amp; 5 CONSECUTIVE calendar days) and the number of museums you have on your %26#39;..wish list..%26#39; to visit and amount of available time you have for them. Details of the CARTE MUSEE et MONUMENT pass can be found at-- parisvisite.com/Images/…carte_musees.jpg

But if there is one thing for certain *** DO NOT *** pre-purchase CARTE MUSEE et MONUMENT passes from a third-party agent. They can be quickly, easily and conveniently purchased in Paris once you arrive, at MANY convenient locations...for less than the usual pre-purchase prices.

If a visit to the Louvre is all you might have planned for a day, you can now pre-purchase a priority entry ticket to the Louvre which will minimize the time it might otherwise take to get in in the normal manner-- www.parisvisite.com/en/Actu1_home.php?actu=9

Within the span of your itinerary, you also need to take into account usual Monday and Tuesday CLOSED days for the various Paris museums and monuments i.e. Musee d%26#39;Orsay closed on Mondays--open until 9:45 Thursday evenings; Musee du Louvre closed on Tuesdays--open late until 9:45 on Wednesday %26amp; Friday evenings ) which may affect/influence your plans.

Even if the CARTE MUSEE et MONUMENT pass does not tangibly re-pay it%26#39;s initial cost in daily museum entry fees; it does offer some %26#39;in-tangible%26#39; benefits. First is that it allows you to by pass sometinmes very long ticket purchase lines and saves you valuable TIME. It also allows you to simply %26#39;..drop-in..%26#39; on and check out museums, monuments and attractions that you might otherwise pass up....if you had to calculate the cost of admission and the time spent on line to purchase tickets. Agreat many times, these serendipitous visits wind up being the hilight of a trip---your own personal %26#39;..discovery..%26#39;. And though I%26#39;m somewhat embarrassed to admit it; the pass also provides you with ready-access to some of the cleanest public museum restrooms in Paris. None of these %26#39;intanibles%26#39; can be assigned %26#39;prices%26#39;...but they do represent significant %26#39;benefits%26#39; nonetheless. So take these into consideration as well when making your personal decision.
