Paris hotels near Eiffel Tower

Does anyone have any suggestions for 2 adults to stay in a nice hotel near the eiffel tower. Would like a view of the Eiffel Tower and maybe a balcony. We are travelling in December and will be there for new years eve.

thank for the help

Or with views of the Eiffel Tower. more central to the center of Paris?

It would help a lot, if you could tell in what price range that hotel should be.

As for balconies, first they are hard to find, second they are usually just very tiny, hardly room for a chair, third, in December, you%26#39;ll be much more comfortable in a nice lobby maybe with an open fire place...

Personally, I suggest you look into the Relais Bosquet***, 7th arr. A very classy place near Rue Cler and métro stop Ecole Militaire.

I%26#39;ve also read pretty good reviews about the Hotel la Bourdonnais***, 7th arr.

Furthermore and cheaper, Hotel de France**, Blvd. Latour-Maubourg, is getting pretty good reviews.

While the 7th arr. is pretty quiet in the evenings, it%26#39;s has a lot of excellent small bistrots.

In case, you really like a busy neighbourhood (day AND night), I%26#39;d suggest you look around in Saint-Germain des Prés, 6th arr.

you can try viewing the Hilton Paris ..close by the eiffel tower. www.hilton.com

Have a look at Hotel Les Jardins d%26#39;Eiffel, it is a 3 star hotel that have rooms with view on the Eiffel Tower. It is in the 7th, so it is centrally located, the hotel is nice and very clean. There are rooms with balconies too..Staff is nice and helpful, firendly but profesional...

Hve a nice trip!

Agree with the Jardins d%26#39;Eiffel. However, you must insist on a room on a higher floor and not facing the street, in case you want a glimpse of the ET of which you%26#39;ll only see the top though.

I visited the place some time ago and found the lobby, the breakfast room and the room shown pretty unspectacular though. However, the location is fine and Rue Amélie pretty quiet at night.

A balcony with a view of the Eiffel Tower. That sounds romantic! The ultimate Romeo and Julliet hotel experience!

Definitely try the Relais Bosquet- email Gerard and ask for a room with a view. This was the only hotel in that area willing to guarantee me a room with an Eiffel Tower view,

|||

Forgot to tell you this- if you are able to stay in that area, you must go to Bistro du Papa at 81 Ave. Bosquet- incredible french onion soup and very friendly wait staff.

This sounds like a wonderful way to spend New Years Eve. For what its worth, from my 2 weeks spent in Paris in October last year, I would much prefer to stay around the 4th arrondisment...somewhere around the Sienne, say... from the Notre Dame down to the Champs....in between there on the left bank would be my definate choice. Its just so lovely and central there. The Eiffel Tower is not central...to my way of thinking anyway. Yet its so easy to get to from central Paris. Depending on how long you are staying in Paris, you might want to stay in central Paris to enjoy that experience (The 4th is the Latin quarter and really lovely), and have a hotel booked for around New Years Eve to move out there for that time. Just something to consider. No matter what you choose to do, I%26#39;m sure you%26#39;ll have an unforgettable trip.

I second the Relais Bosquet. We stayed there in April and absolutely adored it and highly recommend it. We had a few of the Eiffel which they guaranteed. Have stayed at other 3* and 4* hotels in Paris and this overall beat them all.
