I was planning to come for 2 weeks at beginning of october to nice. What is the weather like then and is it still all up and running or already closed down for winter?

Nice is never closed for winter apart from the temporary summer shops close to the beach (or on the beach). Weather is still warm in October and still quite nice.

gets a little less congested in the week, weekends still busy with locals who come in from surrounding towns. weather is in the early 70s very pleasant indeed! njoy
