Hi
I suggest booking a flight and hotel independant it is much much cheaper. Check out bmibaby flights and there are numerous off site hotels with free shuttle bus to parks. We use the VER bus from the airport which takes you to hotel and back - easy get booking.

www.eurostar.com you can book hotel eurostar tickets and car hire and passes and it works out a lot cheaper than anything else I have found also the euro star takes you all the way to disney no 5 hour drive off the ferry
