For: Raphy and Metromole

You two are the most helpful contributors to this forum, and have given some excellent advice! I just personally wanted to thank you for that ..... AND I have a question, as well.

Do either of you have a recommendation on cooking classes? They could be group classes, a person who gives them in their home, etc.

I was in Biarritz in the fall, and went out into the country for a group cooking class and it was a lot of fun. If I have time, and it isn%26#39;t too expensive, then I want to try it again.

Merci

Hi, thank you i am going to blush...

As for the cooking lessons, i took one of my groups last year to a cooking lesson that lasted 1 1/1 hours plus tasting at the Cordon Bleu (cordonbleu.net) which was a class given in French with an English translator), you didn%26#39;t get to cook, you would take notes about what the chef would say and do, and then taste it! I loved it and everybody in the group loved it.I checked on their website and they don%26#39;t seem to mention this possibility of following just one class, but you can contact them.They were located on 8 rue Léon Delhomme in the 15th district.I also read recently the thread of someone named Vickysfloyd i think , who had gone to a cooking class organised by Anneparis at ther home , she is another contributor on this forum but Anneparis is on holidays until the end of the month i think...Bon appétit!

Charisma, You are too kind. I am not worthy.

If you want to know the voltage of the third rail of the Metro 14 line, I%26#39;m your contributor but I%26#39;ll need to point you to raphy for a cooking school question. I boil water quite well though.

|||

Me too, i also do boiled eggs, that%26#39;s about it...

|||

I certainly appreciate it, and the franknes too! I boil water quite well.... :)

|||

By the way, which is the voltage of the third rail of metro line 14?

|||

750 volts DC on the rail, 25KV-AC, 50hz on the HV distribution system.
