springtraveler,we went to Reims mar 7 for the day,buy the train tickets at Gare del est, they are cheaper there than if you buy then from the USA,once you arrive,go to the front for the bus ,buy a day pass from the driver,go first to the cathedral area ,on the side is the tourist office that will give you maps and information about what bus to take and the location and schedule tastings at the caves.

We made reservations for Vauve Cliquot, but the others you go with the schedule that you got from the tourist office, you can walk but it is far to the caves, better take the bus.

have fun,we did.

Oh I didn%26#39;t know that they had buses in front of the train station in Reims. I guess we could do that instead of a Taxi.

Thank you

Berta %26amp; Springtraveler - what do you mean? Take the train from Gare de l%26#39;est, and when we get to Reims go to the front of the train to find the bus? I%26#39;m not clear where the bus will be. And is this a bus that takes people around to champagne vineyards? We really want to go to Veuve Clicquot. How much is the tour? I need all the advice that I can get, as I can%26#39;t find info anywhere. Thank you!
