Since you%26#39;ll be staying on Avenue George V, I highly recommend %26#39;Flora%26#39; at Nr. 36. A wonderful, small restaurant with light mediterranean-style cuisine.
Reservation a must. Count with 35-50€/pp.

The wonderful chef Christian Constant has two wonderful restaurants in the 7th, both on Rue St. Dominique:

There is even a third one: Les Fables de la Fontaine, 131, Rue Saint-Dominique. A tiny seafood place. Wonderful!

l%26#39;atelier de joel robuchon. It was the only top rate restaurant i went to in paris and it was amazing. not my favorite, but very impressed.
ps: no reservations... show up 1-1.5 hrs before you want to dine and they will accomodate you.
