Hotel Recommendations Help-Narrowed Down to 7

Please help me narrow my hotel selections-Has anyone stayed at and can recommend or not recommend (and give specifics) the following hotels:

I heard that the Grande Ecoles is suppose to be nice and a good location. Perhaps others can help you better with your choices.

We stayed at the Hotel des Grandes Ecoles in 2002

and it was perfect for us. Colorful room, pleasant and

very helpful staff, a beautiful court yard.

Location was great. 2 blocks from the metro, 150%26#39;

from the Contrascarpe and a few feet further

to rue Mouffetard. Pantheon is up the hill 2 blocks.

A great selection.

My choice would be Hotel des Grandes Ecoles for its location and having read but good reviews.

No idea though, how long in advance you%26#39;d need to book to snag a room.
