Sorry, tried to search, but couldn%26#39;t find the answer. When you visit the tower I know you can buy a ticket to go to the first, second or all the way to the top. If I buy a ticket to go all the way to the top, does that mean I also have access to the first and second floor. Can I get off and roam around on those two floors as well? Or do I have to buy a ticket for each floor I want to visit??
Sorry if it seems like a silly question, I%26#39;m way over planning again.

The ticket you buy limits you only to how %26quot;high%26quot; you can go, not how %26quot;low%26quot;. . . :)

You have to get off on each level where you can walk around and see the views and then you must get in line to get to the next level. There is a line to get down as well. All of this takes just one ticket.

Buying a ticket for the top gives u access to all floors, many lifts access first 2 levels, however to access top involves a seperate lift arrangement, this will usually results in having to queue for some time. For another great view why not try the montparnasse tower, express lift takes 34 secs to the top, bar and restaurant at the top, not the queues that u get at the eiffel tower either.

The best thing about going up to the top of La Tour Montparnasse is that you can have a beautiful view of the city without having to see the hideous Tour Montparnasse itself!!!

A ticket to the top, 3eme etage, gets you to all of the other levels. You will need to wait in line to swtch elevators at each level. The average trip up and down the tower on most days will take at least two hours. Be sure to bring along post cards to be mailed from the La Poste branch office, at the 1st level so that they are post marked %26#39;..PARIS..EIFFEL TOWER..%26#39;. Make sure you remember to address one to yourself at home, as well.

KDKSAIL - YOU%26#39;VE RETURNED! You%26#39;ve been missed you know. I appreciate the information. I went to the official web site of the eiffel tower and didn%26#39;t realize there was so much to see and do on each level. And I was already thinking about the postcards (even went to the trouble of writing down all the addresses and put them on sticky labels to have ready), which, of course, prompted my husband to say I had way too much time on my hands to be thinking that far ahead!! Only 33 more days until my visit - not that I%26#39;m counting or anything.
