I%26#39;ll be in Paris from 0ctober 16th till November 15th this year and need a two bedroom apartment perferably in the heart of the Marais...and I will bring my toy poodle...so I need a pet-friendly place. I have searched many apartments for rent but most look like they were furnished with discarded furniture and cheap throws on the couches etc. I do have a standard of living that I identify with...and need some help finding a good looking place to rent. My budget is around $4,000 for the month.

i%26#39;m not sure if they take pets, but try parisperfect.com. they have lovely apartments, but I am not sure of all the locations. we are renting one in the 7th arr.
they do offer deep discounts for longer term rentals.

I just had a look at VRBO (Vacation Rentals By Owner) and there seem to be apartments that fit your needs although $4K for a luxury apt. might be a little low.

Dont know what the rate is, but a friend has a place in the Marias she rents. Photos she has sent me look very nice and she remodeled fairly recently. It is right on rue Rivoli near the entrance to the place des Voges.
